Xbox Game Pass is adding a new group of titles between October 21 and November 3, with Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade among the headliners, according to XBOX Wire. The subscription service will also bring in the supernatural mystery The Séance of Blake Manor, a remastered Plants vs. Zombies, and several day-one releases over the same stretch.
XBOX Wire published the schedule on Tuesday, October 20, 2026, listing each game's platform and the membership tiers that receive it.
Why it matters
The lineup mixes a major role-playing title with smaller independent releases and two games arriving on their launch day. For subscribers, it spreads new content across roughly two weeks rather than a single drop. For Microsoft, it keeps the service's monthly cadence intact while leaning on a well-known franchise to draw attention.
The additions also touch every tier of the service, from Game Pass Essential up through Ultimate, alongside PC Game Pass. That breadth is consistent with how Microsoft has structured recent waves, though the company has not commented on strategy in this announcement.
The headliners
Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade arrives October 29 on cloud, Xbox Series X|S and PC, per XBOX Wire. It is available to Game Pass Ultimate, Game Pass Premium and PC Game Pass members. The game retells the opening portion of the original Final Fantasy VII, following the story through the escape from Midgar. XBOX Wire describes it as featuring updated visuals, faster combat and story material not present in the 1997 release, with a battle system that combines real-time action and command-based strategy.
The Séance of Blake Manor lands two days earlier, on October 27, across cloud, Xbox Series X|S and PC. It is a detective story with supernatural elements set in Ireland in 1897, in which the player looks into the disappearance of a young woman at an isolated hotel. The same tiers receive it as the Final Fantasy title.
Plants vs. Zombies: Replanted also arrives October 29 on cloud, console and PC, for Ultimate and PC Game Pass members. XBOX Wire describes it as an HD version of the original tower-defense game, with new levels added. The listing notes that EA Play members can access it as well.
Day-one arrivals and the rest of the wave
Two titles join on the day they launch. Scramble Knights Online, an online action role-playing game, arrives October 26 in Game Preview on cloud, Xbox Series X|S and PC for Ultimate and PC Game Pass members. Players take the role of a knight in training in a shared kingdom called Terracott, completing quests, clearing dungeons and crafting equipment between expeditions.
Terrible Lizards follows on October 29 for the same tiers and platforms. XBOX Wire describes it as a horror parkour game in which players evade threats through movement rather than combat. It is the first release from WDR Studios, a team founded by the creators behind JTMusic.
Earlier in the window, Sandustry enters Game Preview on PC on October 21. The factory-building game centers on mining through destructible environments and constructing automated production lines, and it becomes available to Premium members as well as Ultimate and PC Game Pass subscribers. Dodo Duckie follows on October 22 across cloud, Xbox Series X|S and PC, a puzzle platformer in which players switch between 2D and 3D perspectives to find hidden routes and rescue kidnapped chickens.
Pit of Goblin closes the wave on November 3 for Ultimate, Premium and PC Game Pass members on cloud, Xbox Series X|S and PC. The online co-op horror game casts players as goblins raiding dungeons for the Goblin King-Queen, with failure carrying the implication that they become the next meal.
Perks, expansions and departures
Beyond full games, the update lists several add-ons. The Finals Welcome Pack is available now to Ultimate, Premium, Essential and PC Game Pass members, containing 500 Multibucks, a 25% experience boost and a cosmetic set. World of Tanks Modern Armor receives an XP Stock bundle on November 3 with repair kits, medical kits and fire suppressors.
The Elder Scrolls Online content tied to Western Skyrim is also referenced, including two solo dungeons and what XBOX Wire calls player-requested gameplay improvements, available through the free and premium versions of the Season Two Tamriel Tome until January 27.
XBOX Wire also confirmed that some titles will leave the Game Pass library soon, without naming them in the summary provided. The company directed subscribers to discounts on those games before their removal.
What to watch
Microsoft has not indicated what the following wave will contain. Subscribers waiting on the departing titles should check the service's leaving-soon list, and the next batch is expected to be announced in the coming weeks.
